Visits to the website
We count visits with Umami, a tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data: it only counts page views, where the visit comes from, the browser, the device type and the country, anonymously.
What data we collect
Your email address and the technical sign-up data kept by the email provider: the date, the form you signed up from and whether you have confirmed your sign-up.
What we use it for
- Sending you the plan you asked for.
- Sending you an email for each new video, with its material.
- Knowing which emails are opened and which links are clicked, to improve the next ones. The email provider records this for each subscriber.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box and confirming your sign-up from your email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link that every email carries.
How long we keep it
For as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we delete your email or block it for the periods the law requires.
Who we share it with
Nobody, for commercial purposes: we do not sell or hand over your email. The emails are sent by an email provider acting as data processor:

- the United States, outside the European Economic Area. The transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Kit states it complies with, and its data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. To unsubscribe, just use the link in any email. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, at aepd.es.
Minimum age
To sign up you must be at least 14 years old.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and only the person who manages the list can access it.
Changes
If we change this policy, the version that applies is the one published here, with its date. If the change affects you, we will tell you by email.
